Other News and Notes

HSPE Schedule and Notes - The Math and Science HSPE are this week. Math is scheduled for Tuesday, 4/13. The schedule is 1,3,5 for the remainder of the day. On Thursday, 4/15 we will be testing the Science portions of the HSPE. The bell schedule for Thursday is 2,4,6. We will be meeting at 7:10 each morning prior to the HSPE in the Library to go over the details of each test. It is important that both the primary and secondary proctors attend the two meetings in we have scheduled.

HSPE testing begins at 7:40 am. The test could take a bit longer than anticipated. As a result we may need to open a few more extended time rooms up as we are testing just over 1000 students. We really need everyone stepping up tomorrow for this this as this is the largest number of students we have ever tested.

Department Chair Meeting - The Department Chairs will be meeting in the Main Office Conference Room Monday, 4/12 at 2:20 pm. Please have a representative from your department be at the meeting today.

IPR and Grades Due - All grades are due by Tuesday, 4/13 at 3:00 pm. For grades to be included in this IPR the assignment needs to have a due date of 4/9 or earlier. Please remember to have grades posted in your classroom this week. We will be calling home to inform parents of posted grades on Wednesday, 4/14.
