Other News and Notes

Semester Change and Grading - The end of first semester has officially been changed to January 30th. That Friday will now be an early release for all Secondary Schools. The TAC grading window will open on Tuesday, January 27th and remain open until the following week. The semester grades are the first "transcripted" grades for this school year. All grades need to be posted in TAC.

Failure List to Counselors - At the faculty meeting we handed out a list to all teachers to be completed and returned to the counselors by January 20th. Please submit the names of all students who will fail your class at the semester to the counselors using this form. In some cases, we need to change schedules so that students will me graduation requirements. In other cases, no schedule change is required.

Contacting Parents of Failing Students -Just a reminder. We know this has already happed or is happening but please remember we need to contact the parents or guardians of all failing students. Turning in your failure list to counselors certainly does not count!

Faculty Meeting - We will be meeting as a faculty to continue the work we began last week. Our meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, 1/14 at 1:20 in the Library.
