Other News and Notes

Fall Pep Assembly - The fall pep assembly to recognize our fall athletes and sports is scheduled for this Friday, 9/17. The assembly is scheduled for the end of the day in the gym. Please plan on attending the assembly with your classes. Scott H. will be publishing a bell schedule.

Sr. Picture - We will be taking the Senior Picture (An outline of the numbers '11') from atop the PAC on Wednesday, 9/15, at the very start of first period. It looks like the weather will cooperate. Students will be back in class immediately following the photo shoot.

Fair Day Schedule and Events - Fair Day is Wednesday, 9/15. There is no late arrival scheduled for this Wednesday as we are scheduled to be released early. School we be released by 10:45 am. Our schedule is such that we will be meeting with our 1st, 3rd and 5th period classes. We have put together plans to go over safety procedures, evacuation and emergency procedures and protocols, and then finally our student handbooks. Fair tickets will be distributed at the end of the day. we are using the distribution of fair tickets to help us take roll after our evacuation procedures at the end of the day. Please contact one of the administrators if you have any questions around Wednesday.

Added Staffing - We received some increased staffing based on our school populations. We will be doing our best to put the new staffing on line as quickly as possible. While it may not be perfect the added staffing will help us alleviate some of the issues we have with our overcrowded classrooms. Please let us know if you have concerns as we work through these next couple of weeks.
