Other News and Notes

Senior Check out - Seniors will be checking out on Thursday, 6/11. Rick has handed out check out procedures and we have gone over them at the faculty meeting. Here are a couple of key reminders:

1. Students schedules should be handed out first period on Thursday to all Seniors
2. Sign off for all seniors in your class
3. Highlight the name of any student failing your class
4. Please do not release student to the commons until the announcement at the end of the day
5. Any student without a 6th period should checkout through the main office after their last class of the day

Commencement Practice - We will be at the Fairgrounds for Commencement Practice on Friday, 6/12. Practice begins at 8:00 am. If you have volunteered to work at Graduation by being a row monitor please check with Diane about coverage for the morning. We need all staff there by 7:50 am.

Grading - The grading window will open on June 11. All grades are due by Friday, June 19 at 8:00 am. This is the final grade for the semester. Please add comments as appropriate for all students.
