Other News and Notes

Grades - The TAC grading window opened on June 11 and will close at 8:00 am on June 19th. All grades are due Friday morning at 8:00 am . I know this is a pretty tight turn around. It has always been a bit tough that way and I am not sure why. Thanks for all you do. Please add comments to all failing students. It is required that parents know why a student has failed. Report cards will be mailed out by the end of the month.

Keep students in class - Please keep students working in your classrooms this week. We are running a larger detention room to catch up with the number of attendance issues we have had to date. We will not be able to carry any disciple over to next year. Please do not allow student out of class to go to another classroom.

Last Supper - Our end of the year faculty lunch, "The Last Supper", will be held in the commons on Friday, 6/19. It will begin at 11:30 am. Diane and others are putting the final touches on the "production". Touch bases with Diane about payment, the cost of lunch is $13.00. Famous Daves is providing lunch.

Cleaning Rooms - We will be hosting a number of programs and rentals this summer. The high schools will be the only facilties open this summer for use. As a result, please plan on cleaning your room out prior to leaving for the summer. Put away all your personal item. You can leave items on the walls but make sure all valuables and personal items are either taken home with you or locked away in closets or offices.

Keys - Please verify with Diane or one of the other ladies in the front office your current key inventory. We (staff) have lost at least two set of keys. We are hoping we will find them in the key inventory.

ICS Carts - All rooms need to have an ICS cart in them in the fall. It is not necessary to store them in one location as ITC will not be doing any work on them this year. If your department wants to store them in a single location, work with Karey on this issue.

Teacher Laptops - We encourage you to take your laptops home but that is not a requirement. If you leave them here please let us know where they are and include them on your room inventory.
