News and Notes

Tardy Sweeps - We will continue with Tardy Sweeps through this week. It is important that students and staff staff focused and positive on this efforts. As we continue this week, here are a couple of reminders:

1. Please meet students in your doorway. Please be in the hallway between classes encouraging students to get to class on time.
   
2. After the bell rings, do not allow any student in late unless they have a hallpass. Please accept hallpasses as acceptable excuses for being late. Any other late student should be sent to the commons. An administrator will be coming through the hallway picking up students each hour.
   
3. Please keep students in class during the first 10 minutes of each class period.
   
4. If students are tardy or absent please mark them correctly in TAC

MKL Assembly - We will be having our MLK assembly in the Gym on Friday, 1/18/08. Students will be dismissed by announcement after second period. Please plan on accompanying your class to the gym.

LIT Wednesday - We will be meeting on Wednesday, 1/16 at 1:20 pm in the Library. We have some updates for TAC and SWIFT. We also have some work to do on Student Led Conferences and Student Learning Plans. See you Wednesday
