News and Notes

Grades and Grading - We sent out the reminders of grading last week. Here are a couple of reminders as we head into the the final few days of grading for this first quarter of grading.
  1. All grades must be submitted via Teacher Access Center. No Exceptions
  2. All grades are must be submitted electronically no later then 8:00 am Thursday, 11/15.
  3. Comments are optional UNLESS a student is failing then a comment is required explaining the reason for a failing grade.
We handed out written instructions last week on Thursday. Our communications were upgraded over the weekend and you should notice a significant increase in processing speed. I spoke with several teachers who have already submitted grades and felt it went well. If you need help Jolyn and Yvonne both offered to assist.

Please let one of the administrators know if you are having troubles getting grades posted. We need to know prior to 8:00 am on Thursday. We will be checking with you Tuesday and Wednesday of this week to see how things are going.
