Other News and Notes
LINK Survey - As you may remember from last year , each advisor was asked to take a short survey about the RHS LINK program. This year the survey is online for your convenience. It will only take about 10 minutes. All results will be tallied by Jerry Litzenberger (outside consultant). This electronic survey is open from now until May 27. Please take a few minutes and participate in this year's survey.
The survey is intended to gather information from each teacher ab out the progress towards a high quality LINK program for all students. We want to gather your opinion about the features of our program, how well the program is implemented in our school, and what support you need to help you do your job better. Your response will remain annonymous and we will report school level results to all schools.
The survey cam be accessed with the following link:

Please make sure you access and complete the survey prior to the May 27th closing date.
Senior Presentations - Senior presenations are this week on Wednesday and Thursday. We will be running a different schedule on these two days. On Wednesday we will run periods 1,3,5 and on Thursday we will run 2,4,6. School is dismissed at 10:45 am for lunch. We will be meeting our community members each day for lunch in the commons at 11:30 am. Presentations will begin at 1:00 pm. We have allowed a little more time this year to help get everything ready for the day.
Please do a double check of your room. If you need anything for either the presentation or the interview please contact Brian for furniture requests and Pam for specifics of the presenation schedule.
Senior Ball - Senior Ball is scheduled for this Friday, 5/26. The students have choosen to go to the EMPin Seattle. The dance begins at 9:00 pm. Originally this was to be a 4 day weekend and we were scheduled to have this day off. Unfortunately, snow caused us to make this a "snow make-up" day. Friday is a school day and as a result the regular attendance procedures are in place. Students should be here for at least three periods on Friday. Any early release must come as a result of parent request. Students who do not come to school at all on Friday will need a note on Monday as usual.
Active Shooter Training - Planning period meetings last Friday were really helpful in preparing folks for the upcoming active shooter training next week. If you were unable to attend the planning period meetings last Friday please stop by Brian's office for a quick update.
