Other News and Notes

IPR (Interim Progress Reports) - The last IPR prior to the end of the semester is ready for distribution. IPR need to go to students during your 5th Period class Monday, 5/17. Please be sure all students get an IPR on Monday. Please send any IPRs not handed out to the Guidance Center at the end of the day.

State Playoff Games and Student Release - We have several teams heading into either District or State playoff games this week. Here is our plan for students who are choosing to attend playoff games this week. All students planning on attending any of our WCD athletic contests will need to complete either a planned absence or get parent approval and work through the attendance office.

• WCD Track Meet @ Mt. Tahoma - Friday, 5/21 - The meet begins at in the morning at 11:00 am. Students may be release with parent approval after 3rd period. The meet lasts all day and students may not be returning to school.
  
• WCD Fastpitch Game @ Sprinker Rec Center - Friday, 5/21 - The game begins at 10:00 am. Students may be released after 2nd period with parent approval. The girls play two games so students may not be returning to school.

RHS Jazz Night Fund Raiser - The Jazz Night fund raiser is this Wednesday, 5/19. The Jazz Choir will be hosting the event in the Commons to raise money. $10.00 at the door.

Class Elections - Class Elections are scheduled for this Thursday, 5/20. We will be showing the student powerpoints during LINK on that same day to all Sophomore and Junior LINK classes. Students will be voting during lunches.

State and Playoff Send Off - We will be hosting a Playoff sendoff on Friday, 5/21. Any class wishing to participate in the "Go Tunnel" to send off our Track, Fastpitch, Water Polo, Golf, and Baseball Teams can meet in the courtyard at 7:55 am.
