  1. These are Student Led Conferences. Please facilitate the conference and try to avoid leading the conference.
  2. All students need to participate in a conference. Please use the record sheet Karey has provided to keep track of those parents/guardians attending conferences
  3. Administrators will be available throughout the confernces and walking in and out as needed.
  4. Please make every effort to complete your conferences by Friday, March 13th.
  5. You should have copies of Student Learning Plans for your students from the fall. We need to retain a signed copy of student learning plans for our records. If you do not have two copies please either make another copy prior to the conference or simple have the parents sign the copy you have and tell them you will get a copy to them. Please return all signed copies of Student Learning Plans to the Guidance Center by March 13th.
Curriculum Fair - The Curriculum fair is scheduled for Monday, 2/23. We will begin with a staff dinner in the faculty room at 5:00 pm. Parents will begin with a session in the Gym at 6:00 pm. From there, they will move into the commons. Rick has worked with the Department Chairs. If you have any questions concerning the Curriculum Fair please contact Rick Cox.

Progress Reports are Comming - Progress Reports are schedule to go out in the next couple of weeks. Originally the IPR (Interim Progress Report) was schedule to open on March 2 and close the following week on the 9th. That date has been adjusted. We will get an email out today confirming dates. Please know all grades need to be updated in TAC and posted for parent review by the close of this Progress Report date.
